GreenSource SA, the sports field that gives back.

We translated groundbreaking water innovation into a powerful and accessible story. In collaboration with GreenSource consortium partners RVO Netherlands, Saxion University, Pentair, TenCate, and Permavoid we developed the full brand identity, proposition and marketing toolkit for the GreenSource South Africa project. An inspiring initiative that transforms football fields into sources of safe, drinkable water for local communities.

In regions where clean drinking water is scarce and safe play spaces are limited, GreenSource installs 20 water harvesting community fields. These pitches not only provide children with a place to come together and play. They also generate safe, drinkable water straight from rain through advanced filtration technology.

Our challenge was to make this high-end technology both understandable and inspiring. We crafted a compelling visual identity, branded the water containers to clearly communicate the field’s multiple purposes, and created on-site tools to engage local communities. As part of the activation, we partnered with Join the Pipe to distribute 150 branded reusable water bottles per site and designed additional remote-access water points to extend the impact beyond the field. From positioning to visuals, from storytelling to on-the-ground engagement. Together we shaped the GreenSource narrative, turning smart water technology into a movement that speaks to the heart.
